Are Harri credits free?
Yes. All workshop attendees receive 50 free credits each month.
These renew automatically based on your registration date.
For example, if you registered on 18 March, your next credits will be available from 18 April.
This is in place for the duration of our contract with Visit Wales to deliver the AI workshops.

Can other members of my team access Harri?
Free credits are available to workshop attendees and MWT Cymru members.
If your team would benefit from access, we’d be happy to talk through membership options with you.

Is MWT membership only for businesses in Mid Wales?
No. We welcome members from across Wales.
You may see us referred to as MWT Cymru as well as Mid Wales Tourism. We are the same organisation, with slightly different benefits depending on location.
- Businesses in Powys, Ceredigion and Meirionnydd are listed on Visit Mid Wales
- Businesses elsewhere in Wales are listed on Show Me Wales
If it helps, we can talk this through on a quick call or send more information by email.

Can I receive a copy of the presentation slides?
Not at the moment. The presentation file is very large due to videos and images, and we want to keep it limited to workshop delivery.
MWT Cymru members can access additional AI resources and support through the Members Hub.
Google Analytics
What are Google Analytics and why are they important?
Google Analytics is a free tool that shows how people find and use your website.
It helps you understand what’s working, where your visitors are coming from, and what content is bringing people to your site.
For your business, this means you can make better decisions about your website and marketing, based on real data rather than guesswork.
For the AI workshops, it allows us to measure the impact of the changes you’re making. By looking at anonymised data across businesses, we can see what’s improving visibility, traffic, and engagement, and share those insights back with you.

How can I tell if my website has Google Analytics?
There are a few quick ways to check:
- Try logging into Google Analytics. If your website is connected, you’ll see data such as visitor numbers and traffic sources
- Ask your web developer or the person who built your website
- Check your website settings (for example WordPress, Wix or Squarespace) for a Google Analytics or “GA4” tracking ID
How do I give you read-only access to my Google Analytics?
If you’re happy to share your data with us, thank you, it really helps us understand what’s working and feed useful insights back to you.
There are two simple steps:
1. Complete the consent form
Many of you did this at the workshop. If not, or you’re not sure, you can complete it here:
