Webinar Recording: The implications of the abolishment of the FHL tax regime from April 2025

In our August members' meeting we were delighted to be joined by Gareth Jones, a member of MWT who owns Brynarth Country Cottages near Aberystwyth, as well as running his own Chartered Accountancy practice.
 
Gareth spoke about furnished holiday lettings: the key points of the changes in the legislation and the potential tax impacts for FHL owners in the region, reviewing possible tax planning strategies and any actions to be taken before 5th April 2025.
