Include:

• A short summary of what’s happening (who, what, when, why it matters)
• Any supporting photos (landscape format preferred)
• Website or booking link if relevant

Optional: Let us know if you’d like us to pitch it to media on your behalf.
We’ll follow up if we need more detail or think it’s a fit for wider coverage.
